Hello!

I am a Nokia 330 User. I would be very careful by buying a nokia 330 or maybe 500, because my expeience is that Nokia offers no support. In offers it was supposed that a update for the europe map will be every 6 monthes available. Since 12.2006 ( first selling date for nokia 330 ) there was nothing. If you contact nokia so the answer that no update will come. They gonna leave you alone if there will be any problems and if your map will be to old, you maybe must buy a nother pna.
The Nokia 330 was delivered with Q2 2006 map version by navteq, witch means that the map is from 2005. That is very old in praxis.
If nokia changes their way of treading customers, then its a good pna.

Greetings

Thee new beta nokia map issued this week showed a lot of updates. I read that Nokia bought like 40% of Novtek /digital map company`s shares.

This is the worst performing GPS I have seen in years. The map interface is horrible, battery life is poor, maps are outdated, real time traffic doesn't work in the US, the windshield mount actually requires a screw driver to assemble, and is the biggest screen mount I've ever seen.

The font size on the 4.3" screen is tiny. I really can't believe nokia made such a poor device. After owning over 20+ nokia phones in my life, I am extremely disappointed in this device.

I can not recommend this unit to anyone, and only hope they get better in the future.
Kudos!
